1.  Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:

     “Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God and having Jesus as my Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

2.  Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:

     "Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sins to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gifts to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

Then they will follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws."

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time to Jesus as you listen to Him.

    

The topic I received today from Jesus is: Receive an undivided heart

Chapter 10 and 11 prophesies about the departure of God's glory and presence from the temple and the city of Jerusalem. How stubborn and unfaithful the people of God were that God had to say "Bye Bye". 

But for those who were willing to be gather by God that He would give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them. God will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh. Then they would return back to God to be His people.

Today Jesus gives me a picture of those whom God dislike and do not want to be close to. It's the reverse of verses 18 to 20. Those people are:

They have all kinds of vile images and detestable idols. They have a divided heart, always cut off and separate relationships. They have evil thoughts and spirit in their souls and their hearts are just like stone, unteachable and unchangeable. They disregard God's standard and laws and they belongs to Satan, the world or their own self-centerness ego. 

Which kind of people do you want to become? Which kind of people are you now?

Dear Lord Jesus,

Give us an undivided heart and put a new spirit in us. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Reflect on these questions:    

1. What inspiration have you received from today's catch and what have you heard from Jesus now?

     2.  What is your next step to be more closer to Jesus, to be holy - that is to do what Jesus wants you to do and not to do what Jesus wants you not to do?
